Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Instructional Hockey

NYHL Refund Policy: I/We understand that any/all tryout fees are non-refundable. I/We understand that the commitment fee is non-refundable should a player drop from the program at any time. I/We understand that tuition payments are non-refundable should a player be dropped from the program for violating the NYHL code of conduct and/or for violating USA Hockey, MA Hockey, or Valley Hockey League rules and/or regulations. I/We understand that if for any reason a player leaves the NYHL, payments and tuition are non-refundable. The NYHL reserves the right to handle each player on an individual case-by-case basis.

Learn to Play Hockey

NYHL Refund Policy: I/We understand that tuition payments are non-refundable should a player be dropped from the program for violating the NYHL code of conduct and/or for violating USA Hockey, MA Hockey, or Valley Hockey League rules and/or regulations. I/We understand that if for any reason a player leaves the NYHL, payments and tuition for any programs they were enrolled in are non-refundable.
