We were recently notified that the Graf Rink lost their chillers this past week and although they have been working diligently to repair/replace their cooling systems, they will not have ice available for us on Monday and Tuesday of next week for our Summer Training Sessions with Hill Hockey.
Thankfully, Eddie and Kelly were able to secure ice time for our groups nearby at the Essex Sports Center in Middleton. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this creates but thought it was better to change locations and times than to cancel the sessions altogether.
Please see below as the location and times of the sessions have changed.

NYHL is pleased to announce the fall Midget program (U18/U16) for the 2018 Season. We will once again be joining the Martian League. The Martian Fall Sports High School Hockey League is Fall Sport friendly. It was designed to get area teams in shape prior to the start of the season. The program has been modified this year to include games only. There will be no practices. Teams will be established on Freshman/Sophomore and Junior/Senior format. However, the number of teams is dependent on the number of players registered. Excess and Open Ice hits are not allowed in an effort to reduce injuries. Martian League does a round of parity, then places teams in one of three divisions of competition: Chara, Bergeron & Rask. For more information, visit the Martian League website: http://www.msfhshl.com/
Games: We can anticipate 1x Martian League Game per week and depending on this year’s format either playoffs or round robin end of year tournament. (Games are held on weekends primarily at Brooks, Merrimack College & Phillips Andover).
Tuition: Midget Tuition will be $350.00 which includes a Jersey.
Registration: Registration will be online only. The full payment of $350.00 is due at the time of Registration, no exceptions will be made. Check payments will be accepted but must be received by September 1st to be included on the roster.
Outstanding Fees: Any outstanding balance, must be paid in full prior to registration of the 2018 season.
Eligibility: Eligibility is based on USAH with date of birth cutoffs based on the player’s age during the season. Those positional players eligible for Bantams will not be allowed to play Midgets, even if a Freshman in High School. If for any reason a player leaves NYHL, payments and tuition are non-refundable. NYHL reserves the right to handle each player on an individual case-by-case basis.
Martian League Registrations: All NYHL Midget players and coaches must be registered with the Martian League prior to stepping on the ice. NYHL will provided the link when the website is active.
